Hotel Aviatrans was built in 1998 designed both for businessmen and tourists. Consisting of two blocks the hotel offers first-class service and comfort combined with renowned Armenian hospitality. The rooms and lobby of the hotel were renovated in 2007. Thanks to professional service, inviting and businesslike atmosphere as well as its convenient infrastructure the hotel earned devoted clients over a short period of time which is the best recommendation it could get.

Hotel Aviatrans is located in the historic center of Yerevan on Abovyan street - one of the oldest and well-known streets of the capital. At present the two-block hotel (4- and 7-storeyed) has 55 rooms of the following categories: single, double, family, single deluxe, double deluxe, family deluxe, luxe. The hotel rooms are equipped with: air-conditioning systems, satellite television, fireproof curtains and carpets, international telephone, radio, Internet connection, mini bar and refrigerator, fireproof safe and a bathroom with all facilities.
The hotel windows offer a view of the Northern Avenue and the Republic Square.
